Farag has great customer service. Accidentally stretched the spring in front and Stacey from customer service replaced it at no charge immediately.

The only problem after 2 to 3 months at our restaurant is it has already been broken a little bit! It says durable and tough but the crew managed to break the part you push down on the mop to wring it! It still works but not like it used to, it's harder to wring out! Now Ido love the size. it's easier to manuever than the bigger buckets! It does not work as great as it originally did! They said it was strong and durable, It should have been able to withstand the use longer than 3 months!
