Seller rating is good, just the blanket that has a dumb design.

Returned item and have not received a refund… apparently, this is a third-party selling through Walmart. Buyer beware.

Good Quality, easy to install. Timers have multiple setting for hot or just cozy warm.

Regrettably, the unit received had a three-position switch, Low-Medium-High and not the dial with 1 - 10 settings as shown in the photograph. Although it was a Biddeford unit and does function, it has limited adjustment and is different than any Biddeford unit that we have purchased over the last 15 years. A disappointment.

It was a piece of JUNK! You should be ashamed of yourself.

DealYard was great, but the post office was terrible. It took weeks of chasing my package around the U.S. with it arriving within 20 miles of me TWICE before being whisked off to another part of the U.S. DealYard, please don't use the USPS for delivery. I really liked ordering from you and the heated mattress pad that finally arrived is super nice. But PLEASE don't use the post office to delivery!

Replacement item never arrived Would not recommend Deal Yard.
