After purchasing multiple Jackery products before this experience has unfortunately been very disappointing. The product did not work and I have been trying to return it for almost a month now. Customer service has been unresponsive. They make great products when they work but good luck if they don’t.

Arrived damaged but useable. I have dealt with Jackery in the past and have always been satisfied with their products and do not blame Jackery for the damage . It is the shipping company I blame for the damage. I will continue to deal with Jackery in the future as I still believe that it is a fine company. As I have not contacted Jackery about this matter It is my problem and not theirs.

The AC ports didn't work right out of the box. Support to troubleshoot was in India and very poor. After 10 days I finally got a return label. Hopefully the replacement functions correctly

So far so good. I dont usually buy refurbished items but Jackery is a highly reputable brand. Everything seems to work fine now, hopefully it will last for many years.
