didn't have communications with seller, item arrived quickly but upon on boxing it and plugging it into the right connections, Audio OUT on the back of my TV, I wasn't getting any Audio and had to plug in the white audio cord into the white Comp side instead. there is audio but it sounds like it's only half and I have to keep the sound way up at 80 just to even hear anything.

This remote worked great and I didn't even have to program it.
