Seller had poor communication. ETBs (Perfect Order) arrived damaged, both! One had a tear and rip in the seal, and the second box had a dent (2 inches)/crease along the box. As a collector knows, these defects negatively impacts the valuation, worth, and future resell opportunities. I notified the seller and received no response or assistance to rectify this situation. Very disappointed. Walmart customer service was of no assistance either as this was a transaction with a third party and involves TCG. I would not recommend this seller/company.
