To sign up for Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy, complete the new member form. A form will need to be completed for each individual patient.

Once an enrollment form has been submitted, a member of our Mail Order Pharmacy team will be in touch to finalize your enrollment. Please keep an eye out for a call from 1-800-273-3455, as that is the number our team will use to contact you.

For new prescriptions, your doctor may also e-Prescribe, fax 1-800-406-8976, or mail your next fill to Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy, 1025 W Trinity Mills Rd. Carrollton, TX, 75006.

Delivery of medications provided by Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy is available to most customers. It is particularly convenient & cost-effective for:​

Patients who are prescribed maintenance medications

Patients who receive 90-day supplies of a prescription

Uninsured patients

If you're currently covered under an insurance plan, you may be eligible to take advantage of additional savings provided by using Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy. However, some insurance plans restrict coverage for receiving prescriptions through mail order, even when the prescription is covered for in-store pickup. Please call your insurance company to verify coverage for your specific plan.​

Delivery methods & rates listed below are subject to change. Estimated delivery time is a sum of processing time (1-2 business days on average) plus shipping time. Various shipping policies & exceptions may also apply to your order, depending on the items ordered.​

Restrictions: Due to federal regulations, we can only ship to addresses within the U.S., & some medications are not eligible for delivery. Please see Policies & Exceptions below for more information.

Some items require special shipping & handling. The most common exceptions are listed below, but other policy restrictions may apply.

New prescriptions: If your healthcare provider does not call your prescription in to us directly, we will verify orders for new prescriptions before we fill them.

Controlled substances: Walmart ships all controlled substances with an adult (18 years or older) signature required.

Hazardous or regulated items: Some prescription medications, including aerosol inhalers, cannot ship by air because they could interfere with flight safety. These orders must ship ground via Standard Shipping in the 48 contiguous states & cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or destinations outside the U.S.

Special prescription deliveries: If your order contains refrigerated medications, our policy is to ship them via Overnight delivery, packaged with a cold gel pack, to all addresses except APO/FPOs, to ensure that they ship at the proper temperature.

The Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy may utilize another Walmart-owned pharmacy, such as the Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy located at 608 Spring Hill Drive, Suite #300, Spring, TX 77386, to fulfill certain functions of the filling process.
