The smallest thong style is often called a "micro thong" or "G-string." These designs feature minimal fabric, usually with a very narrow waistband and a slim back strap, offering the least coverage possible. Micro thongs and G-strings are popular for their barely-there feel and are often chosen for outfits where you want to avoid visible panty lines. If you’re browsing Walmart’s selection, you’ll find a range of these ultra-minimal styles in various fabrics and colors to match your comfort and style preferences.

Choosing the right thong size is all about comfort and fit. Here’s what can help:

• Check the size chart: Each brand may size differently, so always refer to the specific chart provided on the product page.
• Know your measurements: Measure your waist and hips with a soft tape measure for the best match.
• Consider stretch: If you’re between sizes, thongs with more stretch or adjustable straps can offer a better fit.
• Read reviews: Customer feedback often highlights if items run small or large.

Comfort is key, so don’t hesitate to try a few styles to see what works for you.

Many people find thongs comfortable for daily use, especially seamless or cotton styles that reduce chafing and visible lines. Comfort depends on factors like fabric, fit, and personal preference. Seamless thongs are great under fitted clothing, while cotton options are breathable for all-day wear. If you’re new to thongs, starting with a multipack can help you try different styles and see what feels best for your routine.

While both thongs and G-strings are designed for minimal coverage, there are some key differences:

• Thong: Typically has a wider strip of fabric at the back and offers a bit more coverage.
• G-string: Features a very thin string or elastic at the back, providing the least coverage possible.

Both styles are popular for reducing visible panty lines and come in a variety of materials and designs at Walmart.

To keep lace or delicate thongs in great shape, follow these tips:

1. Hand wash: Use cool water and a gentle detergent to preserve the fabric.
2. Machine wash: If you prefer, place thongs in a mesh laundry bag and use the delicate cycle.
3. Air dry: Lay flat or hang to dry—avoid the dryer, as heat can damage elastic and lace.

These steps can help your thongs last longer and maintain their comfort and appearance.
