Selecting the right thobe size can make all the difference in comfort and appearance. Start by checking the sizing chart listed on each product page—these guide you based on chest, shoulder width, and overall length. If you're in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up, especially for traditional wear. Also, review user reviews for real-world sizing feedback. Measuring an existing garment you like and comparing those measurements can also help. If you have questions, don't hesitate to use Walmart's customer service chat for extra guidance before purchasing.

• Always check the care label inside your thobe for washing instructions—some styles may prefer hand washing while others are machine-washable.
• For most cotton or linen thobes, use cold or lukewarm water with a gentle detergent to avoid shrinking.
• It's a good idea to air dry by hanging, which helps prevent wrinkles and maintain the fabric's shape.
• If your thobe has embroidery, consider placing it in a mesh laundry bag to protect the details.

Following these steps can help your thobe look fresh, but routines may vary depending on the exact fabric blend.

Absolutely, thobes aren't just for formal or religious occasions—they're also popular for casual everyday wear. Many thobes come in relaxed fits and lightweight materials, making them comfortable for lounging, beach outings, or informal gatherings. Look for styles featuring short sleeves or breathable linens if you're aiming for a casual vibe. Pairing a thobe with comfortable sandals or sneakers can give a relaxed yet put-together look for all sorts of activities.

Thobes are often designed with hot climates in mind. Lightweight materials like cotton and linen help keep you cool and comfortable, especially if you choose loose-fitting styles. Long sleeves can also provide extra sun protection. Some thobes even feature side slits or breathable fabric blends that improve airflow. For the warmest months, opt for lighter colors to reflect sunlight. Just keep your personal comfort preferences in mind when making your selection.

1. Hang your thobe on a padded or wide hanger to maintain its shape and prevent creases—this works better than folding for longer garments.
2. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
3. For travel, you can roll the thobe loosely instead of folding sharply, which helps minimize wrinkling.

If wrinkles do appear, a gentle steamer or a low-heat iron (with a cloth barrier) can refresh the fabric. Aim to store it where it has space to breathe for best results.
