Cleaning a glass teapot is pretty simple. Start by rinsing it with warm water right after use to prevent stains. For a deeper clean, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge—avoid anything abrasive to keep the glass scratch-free. If you notice tea stains, try soaking the teapot in a mix of water and baking soda for about 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Make sure to remove the infuser and clean it separately. Let everything air dry before storing. Regular cleaning can help keep your teapot looking clear and fresh.

Many glass teapots listed here are designed to be stovetop safe, especially those made from borosilicate glass. Always check the product details to confirm. If your teapot is stovetop safe, use low to medium heat and avoid sudden temperature changes, like pouring cold water into a hot teapot. This helps prevent cracking. If your teapot has a metal infuser, remove it before heating if the instructions recommend. When in doubt, refer to the manufacturer's guidelines for safe use.

Choosing the right size depends on how much tea you typically brew. For one or two people, a teapot around 20-27 ounces works well. If you often serve guests or want to make multiple cups at once, consider a larger teapot—some options go up to 52 ounces. Think about your routine and how much tea you like to make at a time. Checking the product's capacity in ounces or milliliters can help you pick the best fit for your needs.

Most teapots featured here come with removable stainless steel infusers, making them ideal for brewing loose leaf tea. The infuser helps keep leaves contained while allowing water to circulate for full flavor. You can also use these teapots for blooming teas or herbal blends. Just make sure to follow the instructions for inserting and removing the infuser, and avoid overfilling to prevent spills. Enjoy experimenting with different tea varieties!

Some teapots may offer replacement infusers or lids, but availability can vary by product. It's a good idea to check the product description or reach out to Walmart's customer service for details on replacement parts. If you need a new infuser or lid, having the item number handy can help speed up the process. Keeping your teapot in good shape is easier when you know where to find compatible parts.
