Choosing the right table tent size depends on your event and how much information you want to display.

• For simple name cards or seating arrangements, smaller tents (around 4x3 inches) work well.
• If you need to add more details, like menu items or instructions, larger tents offer more space.
• Consider the visibility from different angles and the size of your tables.

It's a good idea to measure your table and decide how many tents you'll need before purchasing. This helps ensure your setup looks organized and easy to read for guests.

Many table tents are designed to be reusable, especially those made from acrylic or dry-erase materials.

• Reusable tents let you change names, numbers, or messages with markers or chalk.
• Paper or card stock tents are usually single-use, but some can be carefully stored and reused if kept in good condition.

Check the product description for details on reusability. If you want flexibility for future events, look for tents that are easy to clean and update.

To clean acrylic table tents, use a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.

• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads, as these can scratch the surface.
• For dry-erase tents, a cleaning cloth or eraser works well to remove marker residue.
• Let the tents dry completely before storing or reusing them.

Regular cleaning helps keep your table tents looking clear and professional for every event.

Personalizing table tents is a great way to add a special touch to your event.

• Write names, table numbers, or messages using markers, chalk, or pens, depending on the material.
• Decorate with stickers, wax seals, or small embellishments for a unique look.
• Some tents come blank for easy customization, while others have decorative borders or designs.

Make sure to test your writing tools on a small area first to avoid smudging or damage.

Table tents can be used outdoors, but it’s important to consider the material and weather conditions.

• Acrylic and plastic tents are more durable and resistant to wind or moisture.
• Paper tents may need extra protection, like placing them under a cover or using weights to keep them in place.
• Always check the product details for weather resistance if you’re planning an outdoor event.

Proper setup helps your table tents stay visible and intact throughout your gathering.
