Choosing the right size support tank is all about comfort and fit. Start by checking the size chart on the product page and compare it to your current measurements, especially your bust, waist, and hips. If you're between sizes, consider how you like your fit—snug for more support or a bit looser for comfort. Many support tanks have stretch, so keep that in mind. If you’re unsure, reading customer reviews can offer helpful insights about sizing and fit for different body types.

Absolutely! Many support tanks are designed with workouts in mind. Look for features like moisture-wicking fabric, built-in bras, and stretchy materials for added comfort during exercise. These tanks can provide light to medium support for activities like yoga, pilates, or walking. For high-impact workouts, you might want a tank with extra support or padding. Always check the product description to see if it matches your activity level and comfort needs.

To help your support tanks last longer, it’s a good idea to wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can affect the fabric’s stretch and moisture-wicking properties. If your tank has removable pads, take them out before washing. Air drying is usually best to maintain the shape and elasticity, but always check the care label for specific instructions.

Many support tanks offer light to firm shaping features, such as tummy control panels or compression fabrics. These can help create a smoother look under clothing and provide gentle support throughout the day. Some styles focus on bust support, while others target the waist and abdomen. The level of shaping varies by product, so check the product details to find the right amount of support for your needs.

Support tanks are designed with comfort in mind, using soft, stretchy materials that move with you. Features like seamless construction, moisture-wicking fabric, and adjustable straps can make them a great choice for all-day wear. However, comfort can be subjective, so it’s helpful to read product descriptions and customer reviews to see how others have experienced the fit and feel during daily activities.
