About PSP Games
How do I choose age-appropriate Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) games for my kids?
The Entertainment Software Rating Board rating system helps parents choose games for children based on age and the game's content. "C" and "E" ratings are appropriate for anyone, "E10" games are best for kids over the age of 10, a "T" rating means that the game is best for kids 13 and older, and "M" and "A" are only appropriate for adults.
Do all PSP games work with PSP devices?
Yes, with the exception of PSP Go. In general, if your PSP device has a UMD drive, it will work with any PSP game.
Will games sold today work with newer PSP devices?
In the past, new PlayStation models have been compatible with previously released games so you can keep enjoying your favorite games even when you upgrade your device.
