Choosing the right MacBook size depends on how you plan to use it. Here are a few things to think about:

• Portability: If you travel a lot or like working on the go, a smaller screen (like 14 or 15 inches) can be easier to carry.
• Workspace: For tasks like video editing or multitasking, a larger display (16 inches) gives you more room to work.
• Comfort: Consider how the laptop will fit in your backpack or workspace. Checking the dimensions and weight can help you decide what feels right for your daily routine.

"Restored" MacBooks are pre-owned devices that have been professionally inspected, cleaned, and tested to work like new. At Walmart, restored laptops usually go through a multi-point inspection process to check hardware and software functionality. They may show minor signs of use, but they’re reset to factory settings and often include a warranty. This option can be a smart way to get quality tech at a lower price while still having peace of mind about performance.

Absolutely! Many customers use these MacBooks for school projects, remote work, and creative tasks. With powerful processors and plenty of memory, they’re well-suited for multitasking, video calls, and running popular software. Just make sure to check the device’s specs—like RAM and storage—to match your needs. If you use specific programs, double-check their compatibility with the Mac operating system before purchasing.

Transferring data is pretty straightforward. You can use Apple’s Migration Assistant, which helps move files, apps, and settings from your old computer to your new MacBook. Here’s a quick overview:

1. Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network or use a cable.
2. Open Migration Assistant on both computers.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to select what you want to transfer.

For extra safety, back up your data before starting. If you’re switching from a Windows PC, Migration Assistant can help with that, too.

When your MacBook arrives, it’s a good idea to:

• Inspect the device: Look for any visible damage or missing accessories.
• Power it on: Make sure it boots up and the screen works properly.
• Check the specs: Confirm the memory, storage, and processor match the listing.
• Test basic functions: Try the keyboard, trackpad, ports, and camera.
