Choosing the right LunchBots size depends on what you plan to pack and who it's for. Here are a few tips to help you decide:

• For snacks or small portions: Look for smaller containers, which are great for nuts, fruit, or dips.
• For sandwiches or full meals: Medium or large options with multiple sections can fit sandwiches, salads, and sides.
• For kids: Extra-small or divided containers can help with portion control and variety.
• For adults or bigger appetites: Larger bento boxes with several compartments can hold more food and keep items separate.

Consider what you'll use it for most often to find your best fit.

Some LunchBots containers are designed to be leak proof, especially those with silicone or tightly sealed lids. These are ideal for packing items like yogurt, dips, or dressings. However, not all LunchBots products are leak proof—open-design containers work best for solid foods. Always check the product details to see if the container is labeled as leak proof, and when in doubt, keep liquids in a separate, sealed container to help prevent spills in your bag.

Most LunchBots containers are dishwasher safe, making cleanup easy and convenient. Stainless steel and silicone parts typically hold up well in the dishwasher. For best results, place lids and smaller pieces on the top rack. If your container has a silicone seal or insert, removing it before washing can help with a thorough clean. Always double-check the care instructions for your specific product to keep it in great shape.

To help keep food fresh in your LunchBots container:

• Use insulated or triple-walled containers for soups or items that need to stay hot or cold.
• Pack cold foods with an ice pack in your lunch bag for extra freshness.
• Keep wet and dry foods separate using divided sections to prevent sogginess.
• Seal lids tightly to help lock in freshness and prevent spills.

Following these tips can help your food stay tasty until you're ready to eat.
