Setting up an inflatable ghost is pretty straightforward. Here’s a quick guide:

1. Choose a flat, open spot away from sharp objects or debris.
2. Unpack the inflatable and lay it out flat.
3. Plug in the power cord and turn on the blower. Most inflatables self-inflate within a few minutes.
4. Secure the ghost using the included stakes and tethers to keep it steady, especially if it’s windy.
5. Check that the built-in LED lights are working for nighttime visibility.

Always follow the included instructions for best results and safety.

Yes, many inflatable ghosts are suitable for indoor use as well as outdoors. Just make sure you have enough space for the height and width of the decoration. Place it near a power outlet, and avoid blocking walkways or exits. If your inflatable has built-in LED lights, it can add a fun glow to parties or entryways. Always supervise children around inflatables and keep them away from heat sources or sharp objects for safety.

Proper storage helps your inflatable ghost last for many Halloweens. Here’s how:

• Unplug and fully deflate the ghost before handling.
• Wipe off any dirt or moisture with a soft cloth to prevent mold or odors.
• Fold the inflatable gently, avoiding sharp creases.
• Store it in its original box or a sturdy container in a cool, dry place.

This can help protect the material and built-in lights during the off-season.

Most inflatable ghosts are designed for outdoor use and can handle typical fall weather like light rain and wind. However, it’s a good idea to bring them inside during heavy storms or extreme weather to prevent damage. Always check the product details for specific weather resistance information, and make sure electrical components stay dry to ensure safe operation.

To keep your inflatable ghost secure, use the included stakes and tethers to anchor it firmly to the ground. Position the ghost on a flat surface and make sure the tethers are tightened evenly. For extra stability, you can add sandbags or weights at the base. Regularly check the anchors, especially after windy days, to make sure everything stays in place and your decoration remains upright and safe.
