It depends on the type of eye patch you choose. On this page, you’ll see two main categories:

• Occlusion eye patches: These cover one eye to help protect it or to support vision therapy when directed by an eye care professional. Many offer breathable materials, contoured or convex shapes for comfort, and skin-friendly adhesives. Because they block one eye, they can affect depth perception—use caution during daily activities.
• Under-eye hydrogel patches: These are cosmetic masks designed to cool, hydrate, and refresh the under-eye area. They may include ingredients like caffeine, peptides, or hyaluronic acid to improve the look of puffiness and dryness.

Always follow the product’s directions, and consult a professional for medical concerns.

Avocado-derived oils and extracts are common in under-eye patches because they’re rich in emollients that help moisturize delicate skin. Better hydration can make the area look smoother and less dry, which may soften the appearance of puffiness. For more visible de-puffing, many shoppers also look for cooling formats and ingredients like caffeine or peptides.

• Apply to clean, dry skin and avoid direct contact with eyes.
• Chilling hydrogel patches can enhance the cooling feel.
• Patch test first if your skin is sensitive or reactive.

Results can vary by skin type and routine. These cosmetic patches are designed for skincare benefits and aren’t intended to address medical eye conditions.

Prices can vary based on the type of occlusion eye patch, pack size, and features. Factors that influence cost include:

• Type: Adhesive patches versus reusable cloth or over-the-frame styles.
• Pack size: Single units, multi-count boxes, or bulk packs.
• Comfort features: Breathable materials, contoured shapes, and skin-friendly adhesives.

To see the current price and availability in your area, select an item and check the product page or app. Availability and pricing may change based on location and fulfillment options like pickup or delivery. If you plan to use patches daily, multi-packs can be convenient; some items may also be eligible for FSA/HSA—check the product details for eligibility.

Blepharitis is a medical condition, so it’s a good idea to ask an eye care professional about products that fit your care plan. On this page you’ll find:

• Cosmetic under-eye masks: These hydrate and soothe the under-eye skin but aren’t intended to treat eyelid inflammation. If your skin is reactive, look for gentle, fragrance-free formulas and avoid getting product into the eyes.
• Occlusion patches: These cover one eye for protection or therapy when directed by a professional and don’t address blepharitis.

If you need warm compresses or lid-care tools, try searching within Eye Care accessories. Always follow your provider’s guidance for managing eyelid irritation.

There are two common approaches that can work with kids’ glasses:

• Adhesive occlusion patches: These stick to the skin around the eye. Choose the correct orientation (left or right), a child-appropriate size, and breathable, skin-friendly materials for comfort.
• Over-the-frame patches: Soft covers that slide onto the eyeglass frame to block vision in one eye without adhesive. Check sizing against your child’s frames to ensure good coverage.

Apply to clean, dry skin or a clean frame, and follow any schedule provided by your eye care professional. Supervise use, and replace or wash the patch as directed by the product’s instructions to keep it comfortable and hygienic.
