Exploding Gift Box(585)

Think light, flat, and personal. Depending on the box style, you can layer:

• Printed photos, notes, and tiny messages.
• Gift cards, tickets, coupons, or stickers.
• Light jewelry, keychains, charms, or wrapped candy.
• Folded cash for money-style boxes.
• Confetti or pop-out elements if included by the kit.

Use double-sided tape or photo corners and avoid liquids or heavier items that can strain the folds. Check the product page for panel sizes and included accessories (some include mini boxes, pockets, bouncing envelopes, or flying butterflies). A small centerpiece—like a trinket or heartfelt letter—can add a memorable reveal without adding too much weight.

You can find a wide range on Walmart.com and in the Walmart app.

1. Search for “explosion gift box” or “surprise gift box.”
2. Use filters in Party & Occasions or Gift Wrap & Greeting Cards to narrow by theme (birthday, Christmas, Valentine’s) and features.
3. Compare details like layers, dimensions, and what’s included (mini boxes, bouncing envelopes, butterflies, or confetti).
4. Review customer ratings and photos for real-world insights.
5. Choose shipping, delivery, or store pickup where available.

Availability can vary by location and season, so checking current stock online before heading to a store can help.

A money-style box can be put together with simple supplies or a kit:

1. Pick a money-themed surprise box or a multi-layer explosion box with envelopes or pockets.
2. Use clean, crisp bills. Avoid gluing or stapling currency; opt for removable tabs, paper sleeves, or ribbon.
3. Fold bills (simple accordion or heart folds) or roll them and secure loosely.
4. Place bills into bouncing envelopes or slots as designed, spacing them so nothing snags.
5. Add a center note or small gift and optional confetti if the space allows.
6. Close the lid and test the opening gently. Adjust folds or placement for a smooth reveal.

Kit instructions can differ, so follow the included guide for best results.

Most DIY kits come pre-scored and are simple to customize:

1. Unfold all layers and gently crease along the scored lines.
2. Plan your layout: arrange photos, notes, and keepsakes before adhering.
3. Attach photos with double-sided tape, photo corners, or washi tape to avoid wrinkles.
4. Build pockets or mini boxes if provided, and tuck in flat mementos.
5. Decorate with stickers or ribbons without adding too much bulk.
6. Place a small centerpiece gift, then fit the lid and do a test open.

Check the product page for recommended photo sizes and the number of layers. Designs vary, so the kit’s instructions are the best reference.

A few simple steps can help create a fun, low-mess reveal:

• Open in a clear area and point the lid away from your face.
• If butterflies are included, wind them per the instructions; over-winding can reduce performance.
• Supervise young children—small parts and elastic components can be a choking hazard.
• Keep away from open flames and pets that might be startled.
• For confetti, open over a table or easy-clean floor; a lint roller or handheld vacuum can speed cleanup.
• After use, store the box flat and dry, and only preload moving elements when you’re ready to gift.

Designs differ, so reviewing the specific product’s guidance is always helpful.
