Finding the right size for exercise tops can make your workouts more comfortable. Start by checking the size chart on each product page—sizes can vary between brands and styles. If you're between sizes, consider how you like your fit: a looser top offers more airflow, while a snug fit can help with layering. Look for details like 'relaxed,' 'fitted,' or 'compression' in the description. If you're shopping for kids or plus sizes, filter options make it easy to narrow down choices. If you’re unsure, Walmart’s free returns make it easy to try a few and keep what fits best.

For sweaty workouts, look for exercise tops made with moisture-wicking fabrics like polyester, nylon, or blends labeled as 'dry fit.' These materials help pull sweat away from your skin, keeping you cooler and more comfortable. Cotton can feel soft but tends to hold onto moisture, which might not be ideal for intense sessions. Many workout tops at Walmart feature quick-dry technology or mesh panels for extra breathability. Always check the product details for fabric information to match your workout style and comfort needs.

Most workout tops are designed to be machine washable for easy care. To help them last longer, turn them inside out and wash with similar colors in cold water. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can affect moisture-wicking properties. If your top has removable pads or delicate features, consider using a laundry bag. Air drying is usually recommended to help maintain the shape and elasticity, but always check the care label for specific instructions. This routine can help keep your exercise tops looking and performing their best.

Comfort in a workout top often comes down to a few key features:

• Breathable fabrics: Materials like mesh or moisture-wicking blends help keep you cool.
• Seamless or flat seams: These reduce irritation during movement.
• Stretch: A bit of spandex or elastane lets the top move with you.
• Tagless labels: These prevent itching at the neck or sides.
• Fit options: Choose from loose, relaxed, or fitted styles based on your activity and preference.

Reading product descriptions and reviews can help you find the features that matter most for your workouts.
