Choosing the right donation box size depends on your intended use and available space.

• For small counters or limited areas, compact boxes work well for tips or suggestions.
• Larger boxes are better for events or high-traffic spots where you expect more contributions.
• Consider the slot size if you plan to collect envelopes or ballots.

Measure your space and think about how much you expect to collect to help you decide. Checking product dimensions in the item description can also guide your choice.

To help keep donations secure, consider these tips:

• Choose a box with a sturdy lock and keep the keys in a safe place.
• Opt for metal or thick acrylic materials for added durability.
• Mount the box in a visible, well-lit area to discourage tampering.

While no solution is foolproof, these steps can help reduce risks and protect your collected funds or suggestions.

Cleaning your donation box helps maintain its appearance and hygiene.

• For acrylic or plastic boxes, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could cause clouding.
• For metal boxes, a damp cloth and gentle cleaner usually work well. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
• Always remove contents before cleaning and avoid getting the lock mechanism wet.

Regular cleaning can help your box look inviting and last longer.
