Choosing the right size pet gate depends on your pet’s height and the space you want to block off. Measure your doorway or opening before shopping, and check the product’s listed width and height. If you have a larger or more active pet, a taller gate can help prevent jumping. For wider spaces, look for gates with extension options. Always review the product details to see if the gate fits your needs, and remember to leave a little extra space for easy installation.

Most pressure-mounted pet gates are designed for easy, tool-free installation.

• Simply position the gate in your doorway or hallway.
• Twist the adjustable knobs or tension bolts to secure the gate in place.

Keeping your white pet gate clean is simple.

• Wipe down the gate regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt or pet hair.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads, as these can damage the finish.
• For tougher spots, a soft brush can help get into corners or textured areas.

Most pet gate extensions are designed for quick and simple attachment.

• Check that the extension is compatible with your gate model.
• Follow the included instructions to connect the extension to the main gate, usually by sliding or snapping it into place.
• Secure all tension points before use.

Pressure-mounted pet gates work best on flat, sturdy surfaces like walls, door frames, or hallway openings.

• Avoid installing on uneven or delicate surfaces, as the pressure could cause damage or instability.
• For added protection, some gates include wall pads or cups to help distribute pressure and prevent marks.
