Cedar picks are a versatile addition to holiday crafts. You can easily tuck them into wreaths, garlands, or centerpieces for a festive, natural look. Try layering them with other artificial greenery, berries, or ornaments to add texture and color. If you're making a DIY arrangement, simply insert the pick's stem into floral foam or secure it with floral wire. Cedar picks work well for both indoor and outdoor projects, so feel free to get creative with your seasonal décor!

Many artificial cedar picks are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, but it's a good idea to check the product details for specifics. Look for mentions of UV resistance or weatherproof materials, which help the picks maintain their color and shape outdoors. If you're decorating a porch, wreath, or garden arrangement, placing the picks in a sheltered spot can also help them last longer during the season.

To keep your cedar picks looking great for next season, store them in a cool, dry place. Use a sturdy box or plastic container to prevent them from getting crushed. If possible, wrap each pick in tissue paper or bubble wrap to protect the branches and any decorative accents. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or damp areas, as this can affect their appearance over time.

Cleaning artificial cedar picks is simple and helps keep them looking fresh. Gently dust the branches with a soft cloth or a small brush. For more thorough cleaning, you can use a damp cloth to wipe away any buildup. Avoid soaking the picks or using harsh chemicals, as this could damage the materials or decorative finishes. Let them air dry before storing or using them again.

Artificial cedar picks are generally safe for use around pets, as they don’t contain real plant material that could be harmful if chewed. However, it’s always a good idea to place decorations out of reach of curious pets to prevent accidental ingestion or choking. If your picks include small decorative pieces like berries or glitter, extra caution is recommended to keep your furry friends safe.
