Choosing the right selfie stick length depends on how you plan to use it.

• Shorter sticks (around 12-27 inches) are great for close-up selfies and easy to carry in a bag or pocket.
• Longer sticks (up to 70 inches) can help you capture wider group shots or scenic backgrounds, but may be less portable.

Think about your typical photo style and how much space you have for storage. Many models are adjustable, so you can find a balance between reach and convenience.

Many selfie sticks double as tripods, offering extra versatility for photos and videos.

• Look for models with fold-out tripod legs or a stable base.
• These are handy for group shots, video calls, or hands-free recording.

Always check the product details to confirm tripod functionality and make sure the base is sturdy enough for your device. Using the tripod feature on flat, stable surfaces can help you get clearer, shake-free shots.

Most modern selfie sticks connect to your phone using Bluetooth.

1. Turn on the selfie stick's Bluetooth remote.
2. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the device name.
3. Once paired, use the remote to snap photos or start videos.

Some older models may use a headphone jack connection. Always follow the included instructions for your specific model, and make sure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled for a smooth setup.

Keeping your selfie stick clean helps it last longer and work smoothly.

• Wipe the handle and pole with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt or fingerprints.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking any electronic parts, especially the remote.
• For joints and moving parts, a dry cloth or gentle brush can help clear away dust.

Let all parts dry completely before folding or storing. Regular cleaning can help prevent buildup and keep your stick looking new.

Most selfie sticks are designed to fit a wide range of smartphones, but it’s important to check compatibility.

• Look at the clamp size and weight limit to make sure your phone fits securely.
• Some sticks offer adjustable grips or universal mounts for different phone sizes.

Using a phone that’s too large or heavy for the stick may affect stability. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to help keep your device safe while taking photos or videos.
