Choosing the right brochure box depends on where you'll use it and how much material you want to display.

• Outdoor vs. Indoor: For outdoor use, look for boxes with weather-resistant lids and sturdy stakes or wall mounts.
• Capacity: Consider how many brochures or flyers you need to store—some boxes hold over 200 documents, while others are designed for smaller amounts.
• Size: Make sure the box fits your document size, like 8.5 x 11 inches for standard flyers.

Think about visibility, accessibility, and durability to find a brochure box that fits your needs.

Absolutely! Most brochure boxes are designed to hold both brochures and flyers, especially those sized 8.5 x 11 inches.

• Versatility: These boxes are great for marketing materials, real estate listings, menus, and event flyers.
• Protection: The snap-shut lids and waterproof designs help keep your flyers safe from weather.
• Easy Access: Customers can easily grab a flyer or brochure as they pass by.

Just check the box's dimensions to make sure your flyers fit comfortably.

Brochure boxes come in a range of sizes to fit different document types.

• Standard: Most hold 8.5 x 11 inch papers, which is the typical size for brochures and flyers.
• Smaller: Some boxes are designed for trifold pamphlets or smaller menus, like 4 x 9 inches.
• Large Capacity: Boxes may hold anywhere from 100 to 250 documents, depending on their depth and width.

Always check the product description to match your materials with the right box size.

Setting up a brochure box outdoors is pretty straightforward.

1. Choose a spot that's easy to see and reach, like near a sidewalk or entrance.
2. Use the attached yard stake or wall mount hardware to secure the box.
3. Make sure the lid closes tightly to protect your documents from rain and wind.
4. Fill the box with brochures or flyers, and check regularly to restock.

Following these steps can help your marketing materials stay visible and protected outside.

Keeping your brochure box clean helps your materials look professional.

• Regular Wipe-Down: Use a soft cloth and mild soap to clean the exterior and interior.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Stick to gentle cleaners to prevent damage to plastic or acrylic surfaces.
• Check for Debris: Remove leaves, dust, or moisture that might collect inside.

Cleaning your brochure box every few weeks can keep it looking sharp and make your flyers more appealing to customers.
