32x16(1000+)

A 16x32 frame is designed to hold artwork that measures 16 inches by 32 inches. That’s a long, panoramic shape that can be hung horizontally or vertically. The visible area

• Opening size: Fits 16 x 32 inch prints, posters, or photos.
• Outer size: Varies by moulding width noted on the product page (you’ll see options like 0.75 in up to 1.75 in).
• Included on many listings: UV acrylic shatter guard front, acid-free foam board backing, and hanging hardware.

These frames are made for pieces that measure 16 inches by 32 inches, which works well for panoramic photos, posters, and art prints. Keep in mind, the viewing area is slightly smaller than 16x32 because the frame’s lip overlaps the edges.

• Perfect fit: True 16x32 prints or posters.
• Using a mat: You can display smaller artwork by adding a mat cut for a 16x32 frame (some products include mats, others don’t—check the description).
• Protection: Many options here include a UV acrylic shatter guard and an acid-free foam board backing to help protect your piece.

Check the Interior Frame Depth listed on each product page. On this page, depths shown range from about 0.3125 inch to 0.625 inch. That depth is shared by the acrylic front, your artwork (and mat, if used), plus the backing, so the usable space for the artwork alone will be less.

• Thinner items: Photos, posters, and single prints typically fit most depths shown.
• Thicker items: Mat stacks or rigid boards may need deeper options (e.g., 0.5 in or 0.625 in listings).
• Tip: Review the depth spec and the included components to choose a frame that accommodates your full stack.

Start by reviewing what’s included—many 32x16 frames here come with hanging hardware. Choose an appropriate hanging method for your wall type, and consider using two hooks to help keep the frame level.

• Wall prep: Locate a stud or use wall anchors rated for your frame’s weight (see the product details for weight info when available).
• Hardware: Attach and tighten the included hardware as directed on the product page.
• Leveling: Use a level and measure spacing before mounting.
• Placement: Avoid areas with high humidity and strong direct sunlight to help preserve your display.

It varies by listing, so it’s worth checking the “What’s included” section. Many of the 32x16 options on this page come with a UV acrylic shatter guard front, an acid-free foam board backing, and hanging hardware. That setup helps you mount and protect your art right out of the box.

• Glazing: Typically UV acrylic (lighter and shatter-resistant compared to glass).
• Backing: Often acid-free foam board to support your print.
• Mats: Some designs (like select collage frames) include mats; many single-opening frames do not unless noted.
• Tip: Always review the product details to confirm what’s included.
