Choosing the right size knee brace is important for comfort and support. Start by measuring the circumference of your leg at the points recommended by the product's sizing chart—usually above and below the knee.

• Use a flexible tape measure for accuracy.
• Compare your measurements to the size guide provided on the product page.
• If you're between sizes, consider your comfort preference—some prefer a snug fit, while others like a bit more room.

Proper sizing can help the brace stay in place and provide the intended level of support during daily activities or exercise.

Many knee and ankle braces are designed with active lifestyles in mind.

• Look for features like breathable materials and flexible support, which can make them comfortable for sports and workouts.
• Some braces offer targeted compression and stabilization, which may help with joint stability during movement.
• Always check the product details to see if it's labeled for sports use.

If you have a specific injury or condition, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before using a brace during physical activity.

Keeping your brace clean helps maintain its comfort and durability.

• Most braces can be hand washed with mild soap and cold water.
• Air dry them flat—avoid using a dryer or exposing them to direct heat, as this can damage the materials.
• Check the care instructions included with your product for any special cleaning tips.

Regular cleaning can help prevent odors and keep your brace in good shape for everyday use.

Many knee and ankle braces feature adjustable straps or closures to help you get a more personalized fit.

• Adjustable designs can accommodate slight changes in swelling or comfort needs throughout the day.
• Some models use hook-and-loop fasteners or flexible bands for easy adjustments.
• Always follow the fitting instructions to ensure the brace is secure but not too tight.

This flexibility can make it easier to wear the brace during various activities or for extended periods.

If your brace feels uncomfortable, there are a few things you can try:

• Double-check that you're wearing the correct size by reviewing the sizing chart and your measurements.
• Adjust the straps or closures for a better fit, making sure the brace isn't too tight or loose.
• Wear the brace over a thin layer of clothing if the material feels rough against your skin.

If discomfort continues, consider consulting a healthcare professional for advice on fit and usage.
