My wife bought this and this is her thoughts on the matter… Hope you like talking to AI. First of all this is not a quality garment. Trying to return it will absolutely raise your blood pressure. The third-party seller will not allow you to initiate a return via the app. You have to call them. Because I tried to return via the app, they could not scan the return in store when I tried that. After getting many AI emails from the third-party seller then finally getting a response from a person - I had a little hope. That response told me to return my item via the app or in store or they could not refund me. I have been goaded into leaving a review – something I never do. Save yourself the trouble, go ahead and get that other bra that looked good to you. This one is trash and it is not worth the money to go through the return process. You will just be out $34. I imagine that’s exactly what they have in mind.
