The zip ties were not in either of my two orders. I hoped they will make it right n mail the missing zip ties to me but they just insist they were included but they are not in the package

This item is total crap. Do not buy! I would give zero stars if I could or negative stars. The description says it’s 6.6 x 16.4 feet. We bought two packages. The measurements come to 3’ x 6’ feet. Total rip off!
