Nicely made and I like the way they are packed without plastic bubble wrap. The price is a huge consideration for me and this is about as much as I can afford and still price my work to sell. Shops in my area take 40% & 50% of the final cost so I need to consider my profit after materials. I will buy again as long as the prices don't increase.

I was very impressed with this frame when it arrived. It is very pretty. I love the color and texture. It arrived nicely packed / protected. I quickly popped my picture in it.

Have to ordered multiple frames and they have been great. Exceeded expectations and at a very good price.

I like the quality construction ... nice and sturdy with a pretty grain.

Finally we found a place that gives us a good quality frame for a great price

Ordered 6 of these frames for some prints I'm hanging in my home office. They were sent in two boxes, one arrived perfectly intact, and the other box had 2 of the 3 glass panes shattered. Frankly, I'm pretty impressed Fedex managed to shatter 2 panes of glass without damaging the box. Otherwise, good frames and true to color.

I love the wood they used, but there's a bad dark burn mark right on the front of one of the frames I ordered and it stands out like a store thumb. Looks like a router burn.

Frame arrived with glass broken. I had to replace with a local shop due to time constraint, as well as dispose of broken glass. Also, this frame had a dark very conspicuous knot in one panel which is distracting. On such a light wood tone, I'd have preferred at least two rails to have heavy markings. This way it really sticks out like a sore thumb, very distracting.
