I was so shocked when I got my order and these rolls were in it. I thought when I ordered them that there would only be six in the bag and I think that there's like eight in the bag. It was a great price under $4. worth every penny. I take them and put a little slit in the top. put a little bit of butter and put it in my air fryer and it crisp up the outside so nicely and the inside is so fluffy. I make bread at home all the time but I wanted this specific type because I could not do it myself. these were just as good as if I would have made them homemade

This is my favorite Marketside bakery product. I didn't even know what a bolillo was until a few years ago, but once I experimented with my first package, it was off to the races, and I was having a bolillo for breakfast every morning. What I enjoy most about this roll is that is chewy, yeasty, and has a high satiety factor. Unlike some rolls that seem to dissolve in your mouth, this one has more body and makes you feel fuller. These are also great as sandwich bread or simply as a snack. As mentioned earlier, I love having one of these for breakfast along with my tea. I consider it a ‘Mexican croissant.'

For an in house bread I think this one is the best they sell. It's always fresh and oh so yummy. Good for sandwiches or just a buttered roll. Everyone in my home loves it.

These are some good rolls, especially if brought on the first day when placed out on the shelf. I do not like the wheat ones but the white bolillos are good. The only objection I have is that they are a little too small.

That's not what I wanted, that bread has a lot of tiger nuts in it, that's not what I wanted.
