Roomba

Roomba is good i wish i had a patern that we could set for them to work in that area. Ours start on our scheduled time but the only thing is it keeps going to the same places again and again and in the morning my most busy dirt place like kitchen and bar tools still has that crumbs and everything around. at night when i come out to check on it its mostly running here and there but not t the actual places. And keeps stuck near carpet or other furniture not able to go from floor to carpet. doesnt clean the corner of our house. where most dirt is.

Hello! We are saddened to hear of this experience! The Roomba 675 would use an adaptive cleaning pattern within your home. What this means is that the algorithm the Roomba uses would use information provided from sensors like the Floor Tracking Sensor to keep track of the area that has already been cleaned. So this would have the Roomba going back and forth ensuring areas with higher detected amounts of dirt and dust get multiple passes. If you find that areas are getting missed. You can use an accessory like the Dual Mode Virtual Wall to limit the areas where the Roomba is cleaning. Bringing the Roomba to perform more passes in specific areas of your home. Charging issues...

The Roomba itself works well, but the charging station situation is just an absolute disaster. It can't position itself onto the charging station, and after ~6 months, it just stopped charging for more than 30 seconds at a time. So if you want to use it, you have to put it next to you while you're sitting down, and slightly reposition it every 30 seconds for like an hour or two. Just to get one use. Might as well just use a regular vacuum.

Used to work, now it preferes only one room

It used to be good about cleaning the entire floor properly. Lately, its has been constantly trapping itself in one room then using up its battery there. Right now, the base is located in the main room where I want it to clean and it finds its way through the only opening to the place where I do not want it. I pick it up and set it as far as possible from the opening and it immediately it finds its way back there and using the virtual wall inst an option at the moment as it is being used to block water bowls for pets. It defeats the purpose of the vacuum if I have to keep picking it up.
