It is a great unit, but for my ability it is very hard to handle. As a lady handling the, I would not be able to handle the job. Great product though, for able person or handy man. Unfortunately, I will have to return as I could not work with it. Not for elderly lady:)

I love it. I have a corded one made by Toro. This San Joe delivers similar power but much easier to use as it is cordless. Only small complaint/suggestion I have is to modify the location of the handle. It is located at the top of the unit which is fine as long as you use the blower function but when you vacuum leaves, you want to point the unit downward and that means you want to hold the back of the unit, especially after sucking up a lot of leaves and its center-mass shifts to the back, but there is no handle to hold in the back, so I end up holding the batteries instead of the top handle. Still works well this way but I wish San Joe engineers actually had used it at home to optimize the design.
