MD Sports Official Size Ping Pong Table Tennis Table, 4 Piece Foldable Design with Net & Accessories, Blue/White

Background: I'm a 60 yr old who has had several tables from age 12 to now. I have owned cheap masonite to very expensive multilayer slate encased in an aluminum frame. This table is made of MDF or higher grade particle board with a nice laminate or slate layer. Compared to my cheapest previous table that had very little ball rebound, this table has a pretty fair bouce or rebound, not as good as the top end table but pretty decent especially for the price. I read several reviews on this site and Amazon that stated the paddles were very poor quality, I did not find this to be the case. The paddles had a cheap wood handle, but one side with black rubber (no dimples) and one orange side with dimples. I already had purchase two higher quality Franklin paddles but the ones provided were actually quit good, not as good as the Franklin paddles. I have owned new table tennis sets that had paddles with cheap wood handles covered with a layer of light grade sandpaper on each surface..that cheap , the ones provided with this set are actually quite good in comparison! Likes %26 Dislikes: The unit came packaged very well and took me two hours to unpack and confirm all pieces were accounted for. I had zero damage except one inside corner at the table middle was coming apart but not even enought to repair. I heard horror stories about the assembly time and some complaints about the instructions. I found none of this to be true but I have the proper tools and am an experienced craftsman. I downloaded the BLT app and used this and the printed instructions with zero issues! it took me about 3 hours but I took my time and not as fast as I used to be at my age. My only dislike werevthe pung pong balls provided were poor quality, not much bounce but that wasn't a big deal ascU had purchased some qiality Franklin paddles and balls. I found the quality of this table for the price to be very good! MD Sports puts out a very good product and the table looks like it will last based on my prior experience. I purchased this table so I can teach my grandkids the sport and also using it as an additional base for my DMXSlots race track. Afterall grandpa's have to have good toys to keep us busy !
