It's OK, I've had a Dyson for seven years.
I replaced a V6 with a V7. Not much of any differences. I can not break the bank account to get a different one. In my mind, they are crazy expensive. Why not have a on/off switch that stays on, rather than squeezing constantly to keep it running. How about a light on the cleaning head? Yes, I do like the Dyson, but can not afford one that is not on sale, or just the cheapest one they make. PLUS I lost seven month on my warranty. I put in 12/5/24 for purchase date and the sight changed it to 5/12/24. I did it twice, thinking it was my error. NO. The sight changed it.

No charging dock. I bought Dyson *specifically* versus cheaper brands because they show a dock in lots of advertisements. I was shocked it wasnt included since I did my best to verify before buying. I did keep it, but cranky that I had to buy the dock separately.
