Definitely not a *need* but if you want a mini fridge for your office or something this is fun. I can only seem to finagle 11 cans in it not 12. But it keeps them nice and cold and it runs quietly. Looks cool with the little green light under it. Just a fun thing to have. Would be a great gift for a gamer's room.

My son loves this fridge. It looks stylish and goes in theme with his gamer bedroom. My only hiccup is you have to hold it to open the door or the whole fridge slides. The “freezer” doesn’t really freeze but it’s not big deal for him. It fits mini cans of soda, and capri suns well. It could also potentially hold medication if needed. Added a phot next to his desk chair for size comparison.
