I will say this product does require some adult help in putting together right out of the box parts like cranky and putting batteries in and the sound panel. After that there's some stickers I had my kid help me with and in the picture this is only half of the track showing put together but my son had a blast! I have a 2 year old going on 3 and he spends hours playing with this set and the characters do talk to each other too.
