I've been using this eyeliner for a couple of years now and when I began using it I was in love. Recently however, the past two I've bought have been so watery that they've literally been already down my crease when I'm waiting for it to dry?? Not sure if I've somehow consistently been getting a bad batch or if you've decided to water it down or anything but I think I need to look for a new one now.
