This Wet and Wild skinny eye liner is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It is easy to apply and I love the thin line it makes, but one can broaden the line with more application if desired. It is also a phenomenal buy! I am abandoning my $25 plus liners for good!

Great Eyeliner

This is a great liquid eyeliner. I'm famously terrible at applying even the easiest of eyeliners, so I was really delighted when this worked so well for me. I'm able to create a very neat and precise line, and it's very fluid and glides on easily. It's also water and smudge proof but easy to remove. I have very hooded eyelids, so other eyeliners always transfer to my upper lids and I have to wipe it off throughout the day. With this, I don't have to worry about that. I finally feel like I can achieve a sleek and polished eyeliner look and I'm really happy about it.
