This is a good budget-friendly swing set for smaller kids. I bought this for my 2 %26 4 year olds and it's the perfect size for them. Probably got about 2 years of play in it before my 4 year old is too big, maybe longer. There's plenty for them to do and keeps them busy for hours and hours. Assembly was not great. The instructions were not clear and because of this, some boards were placed facing the wrong direction but fortunately all that meant was having to drill holes. On that note, though, there were many places that were missing screw holes regardless of how the board was placed. We did have all of the pieces and a considerable excess of hardware when it was all said and done. All told, it took two adults a few hours a day for three days to complete it. It doesn't seem like the sturdiest piece of equipment while you're putting it together, but once it's up it's not bad. It's definitely not meant for older kids, but I'm not concerned about it falling apart. I can't tell if the wood is actually treated or not, but I can say that it's been rained on significantly since it's been put up and nothing has warped. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase and recommend it for those with smaller children.
