Much better design.

We had a similar sink stopper, but when pushed down to hold the water the stopper was higher than the bottom of the sink. If a plate or heavier item hit the plunger it would click back up to the drain mode. Very annoying to come back and see your hoy water had drained. This stopper is lower than the plain of the sink bottom. We had it for a month or so and it's working well.
