Less fat, still full of flavor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who doesn't love cheesecake? We do in our house, so I was excited to try Philadelphia Neufchâtel Cheese, the 1/3 less fat option! Cheesecakes are already do fattening, the lower fat is a great option. Easy to bake with, and no noticeable taste difference. Will buy again.
