- 1. Camera won't connect to the app and says connection failed.
- When opening the app for the first time, please make sure to authorize the App with the album, location, WLAN & cellular data, otherwise, the connection will fail. Please contact us for support when you can't get this issue resolved.
- 2. Can’t use navigation / listen music with online app while driving?
- Once you connect to Odrey-A2 Pro-**** WiFi, it will say 'No internet connection', which is fine and please select ‘Keep trying wifi’. If you want to use the phone network,(for music, navigation etc.) just disconnect the camera WiFi. The camera will continue to record even when it is not connected to your cellphone. In other words, you don’t need to connect to the dash cam WiFi all the time.
- 3. Loop recording doesn't work.
- Make sure your loop recording is on and format your SD card, then set the G-Sensor at low sensitivity, your SD card may have too much locked videos and loop recording can't overwrite with these videos
- 4. No internet connection after connecting the camera WiFi.
- Once you connect to Odrey WiFi, it will say 'No internet connection'. Which is fine. As long as you keep the WiFi connection, you can still use the APP normally. That's because this WiFi is a hub-type WiFi, which can only be used to transmit data, but has no Internet access function. That is to say, after the WiFi connection, it will show that there is no network. But the APP can be used normally.

The front camera might be a little less than 4K, but not much less. The rear camera is as expected. It came with only a press and stick mount, but I fabricated it to mount down with four screws. The videos are so easy to retrieve with your smartphone. The display screen is fairly tiny but it all works very well. I definitely recommend this for the money!

I bought this dash cam mostly because I wanted more safety on the road, and tbh, it's been a fantastic upgrade. The installation is very easy. it may take five or ten minutes. The camera itself is nice and small, so it doesn't block my view at all. Additionly, the daytime video quality is awesome. Everything is super clear, reading license plates and street signs. I was doubtful about night vision at the beginning, but it definitely captures all the details when things are dark. And the loop recording works very well, so I never have to manually clean out the SD card.
