Poor.

I bought this for my sister and have not been able to use the product successfully yet. After installing it on her Windows 7 PC, there's an indication that it is loading but never does. I have not been able to get into the game. There is nothing on the package that indicates how or whom to contact for help. Although the cost is excellent, I would NOT recommend this to a friend. In all fairness, I must reveal that I am trying this on her machine that does NOT have internet; however, I did use a hotspot to download many needed updates but still was not able to get the game going.

This pc slot game was a complete let down!

If you are into real casino gaming or the illusion of gaming like you're inside a real casino then this will let you down completely. No, of course it's not the casino but I was hoping they would have brought the casino straight into my home. Not the case at all. I own so many pc slot games and this one they added slot games from their other pc slot games to this. WHY? The highest denomination .$25 (most games) again WHY? After all these years the pc slot game world is going downwards at max speed. Phantom EFX and WMS slots I am not a happy customer at all. Is this the best you can do for your loyal and faithful customers? This slot team needs to go into a real casino look and watch the games that are being played. Where are the up to date games and collaboration with Aristocrat, Konami, IGT and others. If you need help or any advice on what's hot and really being played in the casino 2016 I'll be happy to help.
