I bought this roaster to cook a large turkey in so I don't have to worry about trying to put a roster pan in the oven and oh my goodness!!! This roaster is amazing! It cooks quickly evenly. Make sure to wash it with soap and water and make sure it is dry then add a few inches of water to it and turn the heat up and let the water cook off the residual oil before cooking anything in it.
