I love that the roaster is deeper than my old one. I had to turn it on (put it in the garage) for a couple of hours to burn off the smell which worked great. I've used it for a roast and it was delicious. The roaster was delivered quickly and we'll use it for turkey on Thanksgiving.

Our oven control board died and could not be replaced in time for Thanksgiving so I bought this roaster and kept my fingers crossed. Original delivery date was 11/26 but we received it the week BEFORE. Turkey was one of the best we have ever had. I have raved to family, friends and acquaintances that they should invest in one of these roasters. Only con: DO NOT RELY ON THE COOK TIMES IN THE BOOK.
