Tough, durable… of course when you load it up heavy and the fact that it has wheels and axle, makes the job all that much easier. Slimmer than the average can and easy to maneuver and you can store it in more narrower areas if you like… Lid , on or off option .Overall great trash can for the price!

Very satisfied with containers. Only problem is the size, locality only allows 32gallon containers for pickup, which I have already ordered, but I need to return these 50gallon containers…containers will not fit in my car and I no longer have box they came in. What is my best option?

The Rubbermaid 50 gallon trash can is garage friendly! This fits against the garage wall with enough space to park your vehicle and walk past the can! Trash bags fit too! You know what I'm talking about- some garbage cans are odd shaped and bags won't fit without super stretching the corners and tearing the bags. This can holds 3-4 (13 gallon) bags of garbage with ease! Yep! If you have a family, you need a way to manage the trash! Rubbermaid hit a grand slam (baseball analogy) with this 50 gallon can. The lid works good too, even when you have overfilled the can and have to use the lid to squish down the garbage! The garbage truck guys are some hard workers, they don't have time to dump 3000 cans a day real gently. This can will handle it!
