Great in concept, Application needs help

Building it was a blast! My daughters learned a lot about the process and about hardware vs. software and a lot of other stuff we went over. Problems are... we were missing some vital parts to finish our build (18 to be exact), which are currently in the mail (quick response will update with follow thru). The motor 2 stopped working after we did build another model out. It lasted 5 minutes and seems to be jammed. The bluetooth doesn't seem to connect very well either but will update with more testing..
