I tried Poise %26 it was horrible. This is not. When I bend forward it apparently collapses as needed and doesn't gouge like the Poise does. I suspect I'll be ordering more of these.

Different sizes would be nice, it was painful 4 me

At least they are trying! Unfortunately not only did it not work; it was painful to wear. I tried positioning it further up, further down etc. I put Vaseline on the applicator so it wasn't terrible going in (I'm 65 and not sx active since my divorce 6 years ago). I was able to use a "1" of the Impressa, so maybe this is just too big. At least it didn't cost $150 to try it out, so that's a plus! If it works for you; it's affordable! Maybe different sizes?
