Move Free Advanced, 80 tablets - Joint Health Supplement with Glucosamine and Chondroitin

Although this supplement doesn't seem to do anything for my husband, it has kept me walking without a limp for the past 10 years. I've tried other glucosamine-chondroitin supplements and they don't work for me (including Move Free Ultra, which is more expensive than this version). Not sure why it works, but I think the cartilage in my right hip started wearing out years ago and every step made me wince with pain. As long as I don't pivot on my right foot and keep taking Move Free every day (now I take it twice per day), I'm able to walk pain free. I even walked/ran a 5k yesterday. If I forget to reorder it and almost run out, I panic. Everybody's different, but this works wonders for me.

I was using a different product but I decided to try this one, because it had hyaluronic acid in to support joint lubrication. This helps my joints move easier and I don't feel so stiff now. I have RA and believe me, I see a definite improvement. My knees and ankles move freely and don't lock in place now because this product helps to lubricate the joints. If you suffer from stiffness and joint issues, I highly recommend these! They are very reasonably priced and really support your joints.You have nothing to lose, except the joint pain.
