I already had a countertop ice maker that made bullet cubes. It works good but I wanted to tryout the newer pellet ice maker. Found this one and decided to order it. love it and very convenient for small coolers to go to the pool and for when we parties. The only thing I would like different is the amount of ice held in the basket. To make a lot of ice, you have to keep emptying the basket often because it stops once it's full which isnt very much per run.
