The ice maker arrived intact. It was well packaged. After waiting the recommended 4 hours I set it up and had ice cubes in about 8 minutes. It produces ice quite quickly. The machine is smaller than others I've seen so it doesn't take as much counter space as I thought it would. The buttons are self explanatory and easy to use. I'm pleased with this purchase.
